How do we add members to our team?

The administrator has the option to either input details manually or send a unique QR code to team members. Upon the administrator’s approval, team members can scan the QR code to complete the membership process. The administrator will have a list of these details and can use the member list to access the RAG system as well.

How do we access and use UNCOVER?

“Uncover,” JAPIT’s dedicated section for knowledge and discovery videos, is a treasure trove of information for you to explore and enrich your understanding with a variety of curated content. To access to this-
As a User, you can go on the Uncover header on our website/app and find relevant content.
As a supplier, you get exclusive packs that provide you a chance to upload your content on the UNCOVER Page.
You can find it in the header on the website or swipe up on the home page at the JAPIT mobile application.

How does RAG status work in the Relationship Matrix?

Registered users will receive a notification pop-up every 15 days, prompting them to review and revise their information. JAPIT provides a colour based assessment system for its members.
The codes are as follows-
Yellow- If they miss the first deadline their status will be marked as yellow.
Red- Continuous failure to update information despite multiple reminders will result in the status turning red.

How does reference work?

It functions on an individual B2B basis, indicating that upon a specific number of supplier conversions through your exclusive code or user ID, you will receive a corresponding advantage.

Does JAPIT charge annually?

Yes, JAPIT charges its subscription annually.

Can I get the invoice for my subscription?

Yes. You will receive a copy of your JAPIT Subscription Invoice by sending a mail at the help desk. A copy of the same is initially shared with you at the time of subscription on your registered E-Mail address

How does JAPIT ensure the information about panelled service providers is up-to-date?

The Relationship Matrix Action, driven by a smart tech system, produces member details and helps the supplier keep track of the employees and their actions. Through technology, each member of the Relationship Matrix receives a regular notification, prompting them to review and validate the current role in the respective organization, guaranteeing the accuracy of the information.

Who can open a JAPIT account?

Any Suppliers or Vendors who aim to cater to the demand of businesses under both corporate and other industries.

What if my subscription expires?

In the event of your subscription expiring, you will receive renewal details a month in advance. Failing to renew means forfeiting associated benefits, but renewing is always just a simple click away, ensuring uninterrupted access to subscription benefits.

Can I cancel my subscription or switch to another plan anytime?

Yes. JAPIT believes in customer discretion and hence you can get an option to upgrade your membership plan under the Profile page for requisite modifications.
In the unfortunate event of needing to cancel your subscription, you can do so on the same page. However, registration fees are non-refundable.
But we would like you to reconsider and you can contact our sales team for your concerns.

The AI model in JAPIT is trained in a way to analyse integrated data to provide personalized recommendations for users choosing among multiple vendors. It considers user queries and preferences to offer tailored suggestions, making the decision-making process more informed.

What will happen, when the application not able to find the expected results?

If JAPIT is unable to display the result, the query will be forwarded to the ERT department. This team, comprised of highly skilled professionals dedicated to enhancing user experience, will manually search for the requested information using their resources. The ERT team commits to a turnaround time of 30 minutes. Upon locating the information, the user will be promptly notified that the desired search result is available
